Dr Bajeot spent two months in Aswan, with the AKAP team directed by Dr Maria Carmela Gatto and Prof. Antonio Curci, to study the pottery material retrieved during the excavations carried out by AKAP since 2006. Predynastic ceramic assemblages spanning from the 5th to the end of the 4th millenniun BC were analysed and the following months will be dedicated to the elaboration of the collected data, until the next mission that will take place in the Egyptian Museum of Turin (Italy).
